vivoPharm offers a suite of assays designed to determine your compound's mechanism of action in vitro including:

  • IC50 determination: We can calculate the half maximal (50%) inhibitory concentration (IC) for your compound using high throughput assays.
  • Combination assays: We can test the effect of your compounds in combination with other chemotherapeutic drugs and assess the type of interaction (i.e. synergistic, additive or antagonistic) using the isobolographic method.
