Orthotopic Human Xenografts
vivoPharm has extensive experience with orthotopic tumour inoculation. We have characterised tumour models for liver, prostate, colon, breast and skin (melanoma), many of which metastasize. A number of these models are particularly amenable to anti-angiogensis studies. vivoPharm has an extended library of reference data for these tumour models which will be made available to the customer. Many of these models have been used incombination therapy studies. Our syngeneic tumour models are also available for use as orthotopic xenografts.
