Syngeneic Mouse and Rat Tumours
vivoPharm offers syngeneic tumour models for orthotopic inoculation. These syngeneic models involve use of tumour and stromal tissue are from the same host. These models are characterised by good vascularisation and only small areas of necrosis. Syngeneic tumours metastasize to lung and liver at a higher rate than any other experimental metastases models.
